Louis Vuitton Cup
Jay Alexander ant his team were asked to provide close-up magic during the dinner reception after Team New Zealand won the Americas Cup. Jay also created a special illusion to make the cup magically disappear and reappear in New Zealand.
On three US tours Jay was hired to entertain the Rolling Stones. It all began on the Voodoo Lounge tour when concert promoter Bill Graham Productions had Jay perform for a private Halloween Party for the band then the next day on a private boat cruise for the band and their families. Stones' guitarist and artist, Ron Wood loved Jays magic so much he painted a portrait of him as a thank you.
I am a big believer in the importance of arts in the schools. I have terrible dyslexia and got through school because of my love for art. For the past 7 years I have been performing a show at the Marin Civic Center in San Rafael, CA and donating money back to the schools. It is humbling to know I have raised over $100,000 for art & music programs in the schools.
